Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns for non-perishable items. Please carefully review our Returns Guidelines below to verify an item is returnable.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the order date. All returns must have prior authorization. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, please contact customerservice@doglikenature.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Product to be Return
  • Reasom for Return

We will provide the RMA by email along with instructions and the return address. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days. All returns must be received within 14 days of the RMA being issued. Please write the RMA on the outside of the package. If a package is received without the RMA number on the outside of the package, it will be refused and returned to the sender. Please also write the RMA on a copy of the invoi ce and include with the return.

We are not responsible for lost or incorrectly addressed packages. Delivery confirmation is highly recommended when returning merchandise.

Return Guidelines

  • RMA requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Return requests made after 30 days of purchase cannot be accommodated.
  • Any order discrepencies or defective merchandise must be report within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned clean and free of animal residue. If not, we may refuse to issue credit.
  • All of the item's packaging, accessories and instructions must be included in the return and must be in original condition. If any of these are damaged or missing, the item may not be returned.
  • If any tags have been removed, the item may not be returned.
  • Edible and perishable items are not returnable.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item.
  • Shipping and handling costs and gift wrapping fees are not refundable.
  • If an item is returned to us and it is not in original condition, we may assess a conditional 15% restocking fee. If the item or item's packaging is too badly damaged, we will refuse credit and the item will be donated to a local animal shelter or charity.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to make an exchange, please place a new order online for the desired item. Please follow the Return Policy instructions above for returning the original item to us for a r efund. Please be sure to review the Return Guidelines above to verify the original item is returnable. All returns must have prior authorization.


Orders submitted online are processed much faster than any of the other ordering methods. We do not accept phone orders at this time.


Use our fully secure online store to submit your order. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure your personal details are safe. Your personal information will not be given to any third party in any way, shape or form! We respect your privacy and make special efforts to ensure its security.

If mailing your credit card information, please be sure to include the following:

  • Name as it appears on the card
  • Expiration Date
  • Security Code (What is this?)

Money Order or Check

Please pay to the order of Dog Like Nature. Be sure to include the appropriate shipping, handling, tax (7% for FL only) and gift services (if desired) in the payment. Use the online store to calculate the total for you. NOTE: Payment via check will delay shipment 5 business days to ensure the check clears. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience but there is no exception to this policy.

Gift Services

We're very happy to offer various gift services. These services are selected upon checking out. If ordering via email or postal mail, please be sure to clearly state which gift services you would like. Don't forget to add the selected services to the payment.

  • Gift Wrapping: $5.00. It is to our discretion as to how the items are gift wrapped. We cannot guarantee each item will be wrapped individually. If an order contains numerous items, some items may be wrapped together.
  • Gift Card: $1.00. Be sure to specify the message that should be included in the gift card.
  • No invoice in the box: No charge. You'll probably want to select this option if the purchase is a gift going to a different address.
  • Invoice to different address: 50¢ With this option, the invoice will not be included with the order and will be mailed to the billing address. If the invoice should be mail to a different address other than the billing addres, please specify the address in the "Special Instructions" upon checking out.

All Gift Services fees are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

Orders with Florida billing addresses will be charged 7% sales tax.
